2. Event Registration

When registering for an event:

• You must be at least 21 years of age
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your registration
• You must meet the age requirements specified for each event

3. Payment and Refunds

All ticket purchases are final. Refunds may be provided at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Event cancellation by Singles Parties NYC
• Request made at least 48 hours before the event

4. Code of Conduct

At our events, you agree to:

• Treat all participants with respect and courtesy
• Not engage in any harassing, threatening, or inappropriate behavior
• Comply with venue rules and regulations
• Not attend if intoxicated or under the influence of drugs

We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates this code of conduct without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

Singles Parties NYC is not responsible for any interactions, relationships, or outcomes resulting from attendance at our events. We provide a venue for singles to meet but make no guarantees about compatibility or outcomes.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
